This Privacy Policy covers Cherlene Wilson's use of any personal data and information that you provide, and we collect or hold.

    We collect your name, email address, contact number so we can maintain contact with you.
    You also have the option to provide us with additional information, such as your address,
    gender, date of birth, occupation, health information, and details of events you have attended in association with Cherlene Wilson Ltd, and/or plan to attend in the future.
     
    HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

    • attend events or participate in event/workshop activities
    • communicate with Cherlene Wilson Ltd via email, letter, telephone, social media or other

    • engage in face to face meetings with staff and volunteers
    • access any associated social media pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,
    Twitter, Snapchat, Periscope and YouTube
    Cherlene Wilson Ltd does not hold or keep any debit or credit card details provided when making
    donations/payments for services/goods made via our websites, mobile app or in person.
    All card donations/payments are handled and processed by 3rd party service providers who
    encrypt card information sent via our website or mobile app.
     
    HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
    Cherlene Wilson Ltd will use the personal information we collect from you for the
    purpose outlined at the time of collection, or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Policy.
    Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose, without first seeking your
    consent, unless we are required to by law.
    As a matter of general practice, we will only use your personal information as follows:
    • with your consent, we will use your data to keep you informed of events and resources by text, email, telephone and/or post, to establish and maintain your involvement with Cherlene Wilson Ltd

    have attended

    WHO SEES YOUR INFORMATION?
    The information you provide to us will be held on computers in association with Cherlene Wilson Ltd, and may be accessed by, or given to staff or volunteers of Cherlene Wilson Ltd.
    Information is only shared with staff and/or volunteers who have signed a confidentiality
    agreement and have been given clear parameters and restrictions to ensure that use of your
    information is limited to the purpose for which it is provided.
    
    We will also house your data within our own database stored within a secure online system
    accessible by responsible and fully trained staff and volunteers.
    All information is stored securely and kept no longer than necessary for the purpose for
    which it was collected. Any information we do not require for the purposes outlined above,
    are anonymised or securely destroyed.
    We do not currently store or intend to store any financial details (credit or debit card
    numbers) provided through online donations/transactions.
     
    WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?
    Your information is shared with trusted 3rd parties, who are our service providers and act for
    us for the purposes set out in this policy, and for any other purposes approved by you. Our
    service providers process information, fulfil and deliver orders, process credit card
    payments and provide support services on our behalf.
    In these instances:
    • Cherlene Wilson Ltd only provides the information the service providers need to perform
    their specific services
    • The service providers may only use your data for the exact purposes we specify in
    our contract with them
    • We work closely with our service providers to ensure that your privacy is respected
    and protected at all times.
    • If we stop using their services, any of your data held by them will either be deleted
    or rendered anonymous.
    By providing us with your details, you are giving Cherlene Wilson Ltd your express permission to
    transfer data to our service providers including ChurchSuite, Go Cardless, Stripe, MailChimp
    and TextLocal, to enable fulfilment of the purpose for collection outlined above.
    We never share information with 3rd parties, for their own purposes, unless we are legally
    required to do so, to assist fraud reduction, to provide services requested, minimise credit
    risks and/or the police or other enforcement, regulatory or Government body, make a valid
    request for us to do so.
    Any transfer of your personal information will follow applicable laws, and we will treat the
    information under the guiding principles of this privacy policy.
    
    Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or pass any of
    your personal information to any other organisations and/or individuals without your
    express consent, unless required by law.

    To find out what information Cherlene Wilson Ltd holds on you, you may request access to your
    personal information at any time by making a ‘Subject Access Request’ to our organisations

    Unless we are legally obligated or authorised to refuse you access, we will provide you with
    access to your personal information within 1 month of receiving your subject access
    request, unless circumstances exist which enables us to extend this time limit.

    or out of date, please contact us. Cherlene Wilson Ltd will take reasonable steps to
